Projectmanagement, planning, concept and consulting for an upgrade of CA Clarity PPM 7.5.1 to 12.0.1
Based on the current implementation detailed test cases have been developed. Tests have been performed on a prototype upgrade and required adjustments have been identified this way. The planning for all required upgrade steps has been done incl. the hardware migration from Sun Solaris 9 to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (cluster) utilized by a load balancer (new). Another taks was the upgrade to Oracle and a migration of tablespaces.
Management of backoffice resources, coordination with the customers Projectmanagement office and weekly reporting.
